BIO:
The first time Suzy saw English folk-rocker Richard Thompson play live she knew she wanted to write songs. Passion, compassion and great storytelling (not a bad guitarist either.) But she couldn't play an instrument and put the thought away until the day she realized that as long as you meant it you'd probably be okay. She lives in London and is going to record an EP. This is thanks to spending last summer in New York, where she bought a new guitar, wrote songs in Prospect Park and discovered the Sidewalk.

Why She's So Antifolk To me it's about anyone having a go, all kindsa folk, being different different together in the same room. It's about telling stories in our own voices instead of trying to sound like someone else. The Sidewalk is not actually a room, it's an unclassified planet.
